What started as an idea inside the mind of Egg, a tattoo collector, has gradually become Perth’s top body art podcast, thanks to the support of the tattoo community. On Fill In The Gaps, we look to bring the Perth, Australian, and International Tattoo Community together, where there has traditionally been rivalries overruling, by humanising the creative minds that give the population wearable artwork for life, and discussing their lives beyond the ink cups and needles.
About the show
Egg is a tattoo collector, who has been getting tattooed since the age of 16, which has lead to many friendly chats with artists over the years. He had an interest for journalism and discussion through his love of sport, through high school and beyond, and decided to create a podcast, to become a self taught interviewer, content creator, and producer.
The aim of the podcast is to build a happy, safe and fun community within the body art industry. Whether it’s collectors, artists or anyone in between, everyone deserves to have their story heard, and not just be judged by the art work they create or wear, but rather let the body art contribute to their story.
